次の対話を読んで設問に答えなさい．
Mariko is on an international flight when an elderly female passenger sitting next to her asks for help.
Passenger： Excuse me, do you know how I can watch movies using this remote controller? ( a )
Mariko： Yes, it is confusing, isn't it? Let me try for you. (taking the controller) See this screen on the seat in front of you? If you push this button on the remote controller, a list of movies appears on the screen. You can choose a movie by pressing the arrow key. (handing back the controller) ( b )

Passenger： Well, let me see. It's a quiet city with a long history. It has a lovely old cathedral and lots of beautiful colleges with chapels and libraries. Students were already studying there in the twelfth century, you know.
Mariko： Is there anything else to do apart from visiting the colleges?
Passenger： Oh, yes. Apart from enjoying the architecture, there's the biggest bookshop in the world and the city boasts some excellent museums. You're also not very far from Stratford. Do you know who was born there?
